Job Description

A leading global investment firm is seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within fast-paced, front-office deal teams. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, high-performance environment. Hybrid schedule: Monday–Thursday in office, Friday remote. Competitive compensation and excellent benefits. Salary: $110k-$120k + overtime + bonus. Job Responsibility

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including complex calendar management across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, and events with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Manage shifting priorities and time-sensitive requests in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment
  • Arrange detailed global travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
  • Prepare and organize meeting materials, agendas, and follow-ups
  • Handle expense reporting and maintain accurate records
  • Serve as a liaison to internal teams, investors, and external partners
  • Support event planning, offsites, and team coordination efforts
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and provide cross-team support as needed

Requirements

  • 3-7+ years of Executive Assistant experience, ideally supporting multiple senior leaders
  • Prior experience in finance, investment, or similarly fast-paced environments strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to manage complex calendars and juggle competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
