Job Description

Randstad is currently recruiting for a highly experienced Executive Assistant/Coordinator for a reputable State Government department located within Adelaide. This is a full time position. Days of work will be Monday-Friday. If you have a background in Executive Support, Senior Administration, or Executive Management, we would love to hear from you.

  • Diary Management
  • Travel, car, and accommodation bookings
  • Credit card reconciliations
  • Minute taking and action notes
  • Agenda preparation
  • Drafting ministerial briefings
  • Delegation and management of departmental matters
  • Liaising with different State departments and stakeholders
  • Electronic filing and database management
  • Managing emails, appointments, and telephone enquiries
  • General administrative tasks and verifying documents
  • Essential all round support to the CE

Requirements

  • Demonstrated Executive Assistant or Coordinator experience
  • High level Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Strong alphabetical and numerical data entry skills
  • Highly developed communication skills
  • Professional phone manner
  • National Police Certificate (NPC)
