Our client, a faith-based nonprofit organization, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant / Executive Secretary to support senior leadership in a mission-driven environment. This role blends high-level administrative support with coordination of events, logistics, and organizational initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and maintains a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and daily administrative priorities
  • Draft, edit, and manage correspondence and documentation
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and track follow-ups
  • Arrange travel, itineraries, and related logistics
  • Serve as a liaison between leadership and stakeholders
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Coordinate logistics and hospitality for events, meetings, and conferences
  • Manage vendor relationships, travel, and accommodations
  • Support planning and execution of organizational gatherings
  • Collaborate with internal teams on projects and initiatives
  • Assist with special projects and additional administrative needs

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree required
  • Bachelor’s preferred
  • 5+ years of executive administrative or operations experience
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and database/project tools
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
  • Nonprofit experience preferred
