Our client, a faith-based nonprofit organization, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant / Executive Secretary to support senior leadership in a mission-driven environment. This role blends high-level administrative support with coordination of events, logistics, and organizational initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and maintains a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Job Responsibility
Manage calendars, scheduling, and daily administrative priorities
Draft, edit, and manage correspondence and documentation
Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and track follow-ups
Arrange travel, itineraries, and related logistics
Serve as a liaison between leadership and stakeholders
Handle sensitive information with discretion
Coordinate logistics and hospitality for events, meetings, and conferences
Manage vendor relationships, travel, and accommodations
Support planning and execution of organizational gatherings
Collaborate with internal teams on projects and initiatives
Assist with special projects and additional administrative needs
Requirements
Associate’s degree required
Bachelor’s preferred
5+ years of executive administrative or operations experience
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and database/project tools
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
