Job Description:

Our client, a national association, is seeking a temporary Executive Assistant Board Liaison to support their CEO for one year, through December 2026!

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate calendars, travel, logistics, and daily updates while ensuring accuracy, prioritization, and decision readiness during periods of high demand
  • Manage financial operations, including expenses, invoices, vendor payments, budget tracking, policy compliance, approvals, and reconciliation
  • Support executive and leadership forums through preparing and packaging materials, tracking decisions and deliverables, and managing logistics and documentation
  • Collect, format, proofread, and archive materials to support document preparation and filing
  • Maintain operational cadence and follow-through by coordinating agendas, communications, action items, and reporting
  • Complete additional special projects and tasks as required

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of senior administrative or operations support experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is a plus
  • Manage a high-volume workload while effectively prioritizing and creatively problem-solving
  • Self-starter able to manage various projects without supervision
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Concur with a technological savviness
