We are seeking a hybrid professional who can seamlessly blend the responsibilities of a traditional Executive Assistant with the strategic and analytical rigor of a Financial Analyst. Operating directly out of the MD’s office, this role is critical for ensuring smooth global communication, accurate financial tracking, and efficient daily operations.
Job Responsibility:
Data Aggregation & Reporting: Coordinate with global analysts across 4-5 countries to collect quarterly and monthly updates on various financial deals
Presentation & Analysis: Compile these global updates into cohesive, high-quality PowerPoint presentations for the MD
Financial Sense-Checking: Review incoming financial data for basic accuracy and logical consistency (e.g., ensuring deal percentages track correctly over time)
Follow-ups & MOMs: Track minutes of meetings, manage action items, and follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met
Administrative Support: Handle calendar management, travel bookings, and general administrative tasks for the MD and the lean India team
Requirements:
7 to 8 years of relevant professional experience
Strong educational background required
A Tier-2 MBA
High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
