Power Design is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support the Vice President of Learning & Development. This role is more than administrative—it’s a strategic partnership that helps drive priorities, streamline operations, and ensure our Learning & Development initiatives run seamlessly. Job Responsibility:
Manage and prioritize a complex executive calendar, coordinating meetings, travel, and commitments aligned with business priorities
Prepare agendas, presentations, and briefing materials for leadership meetings and strategic initiatives
Coordinate logistics for training programs, workshops, leadership sessions, and team events
Track project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups across Learning & Development initiatives
Support budget tracking, vendor coordination, and invoice processing
Maintain organized systems for documentation, reporting, and knowledge management
Draft, edit, and format communications, presentations, and reports
Serve as a key liaison between the VP, L&D team, and cross-functional partners
Assist with collecting and preparing data for reports, dashboards, and leadership updates
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency
Requirements:
5+ years of experience supporting senior leaders in an executive or administrative capacity, preferably in HR, L&D, or a people-centric function
Associate’s level degree or higher required
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional presence
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Teams, and collaboration tools
Ability to anticipate needs, think ahead, and solve problems independently
High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information
A collaborative mindset and passion for supporting people and teams

Nice to have:
Familiarity with SharePoint, LMS platforms, project tracking tools, or reporting dashboards is a plus
