Job Description:

We are working with a leading global financial services institution to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant to support a fast-paced Global Capital Markets team. This is a high-exposure front office role supporting Director through to Managing Director level stakeholders within a demanding, performance-driven environment. This is not a traditional 1:1 EA role – it requires confidence, resilience and the ability to operate at pace within a revenue-generating environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Complex diary management across multiple time zones
  • High-volume meeting coordination
  • Preparing and formatting presentations and pitch materials
  • Supporting with board-level documentation
  • Minute taking when required
  • Managing shifting priorities and last-minute changes
  • Acting as a gatekeeper and trusted support within the team

Requirements:

  • 6-7+ years’ experience within front office investment banking, capital markets or asset management
  • Comfortable supporting senior Director to MD level stakeholders
  • Highly organised and unflappable under pressure
  • Strong with PowerPoint and presentation formatting
  • Confident managing competing demands from multiple senior stakeholders
  • Professional, resilient and solutions-focused
