You will join the Luxembourg office as Executive and Office Assistant, providing high-level administrative and organisational support to the Office Manager and acting as Executive Assistant to the Head of the Management Company (ManCo). This role is key to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Luxembourg office and supporting the coordination of European branches (Stockholm, Milan, Madrid, Amsterdam, Paris and Munich).
Job Responsibility:
Manage the CEO’s diary, meetings and travel arrangements (transport, accommodation, signing coordination, expenses)
Provide full administrative support to the Head of ManCo, including document signing and expense management
Support the Office Manager in overseeing office operations for Luxembourg and European branches
Coordinate onboarding for new joiners across Luxembourg and branches
Manage and process invoices (review, approval coordination and filing into Concur system)
