Job Responsibility:
Prepare, draft, and ensure the impeccable layout of contractual and administrative documents
Review and correct employment contracts and various legal documents
Support the current Executive Secretary in managing a heavy workload
Ensure high-level bilingual communication, both orally and in writing
Manage priorities and meet tight deadlines in a multi-tasking environment
Maintain absolute confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Requirements:
Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in legal techniques, office automation, or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or Assistant to the President
Advanced proficiency in French and English
Advanced expertise with the Microsoft Office suite and interest in learning new tools like SharePoint
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an open-space environment in Quebec City
Rigorous profile with great attention to detail and sound professional judgment
