The Executive Assistant provides administrative and general office support. Supports efforts in implementing business strategy, mission, plans and goals. Conducts basic research, drafts reports, handles information requests. Performs clerical functions such as prepares correspondence, receives visitors, arranges conference calls, processes travel requests and reimbursements, maintains calendars and creates presentations.
Job Responsibility:
Interacts professionally with senior government officials, stakeholders, and external partners
Manages complex calendars, coordinates meetings, and schedules high level engagements
Maintains strong attention to detail while tracking multiple priorities simultaneously
Drafts, proofreads, and edits professional correspondence, memoranda, and reports
Maintains organized digital and physical filing systems
Plans and coordinates events, conferences, travel arrangements, and related logistics
Manages meeting agendas, prepares briefing materials, and ensures leadership is fully prepared for engagements
Manages email communications, prioritizes incoming messages, and ensures timely follow up
Learns and utilizes government or agency-specific systems (e.g., travel systems, correspondence tracking tools)
