Job Responsibility:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
Manage schedules, organize meetings, and coordinate calendars for executives
Assist with creating and managing content for social media platforms
Collaborate with donors and maintain donor relations to support fundraising goals
Utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
Leverage tools like Adobe and Trello to streamline workflows and project management
Work effectively within a higher education or non-profit setting to support organizational objectives
Communicate professionally and assertively to ensure tasks and priorities are met
Maintain accurate records and documentation for internal and external communications
Support event planning and execution as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education
3+ years of experience as Executive Assistant
Non-Profit or Higher Education Experience
Social Media Platform Experience
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with Adobe Suite, Canva, Trello, and some working knowledge of CRM database
Excellent communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills both orally and in writing
