As Executive Administrative Assistant & Guest Ambassador at The Park Gstaad, A Four Seasons Hotel, you will provide seamless executive support to senior leadership while serving as a Guest Ambassador creating exceptional first impressions for VIP arrivals. This dual role ensures flawless operations and personalized guest experiences aligned with Four Seasons standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to General Manager and Executive Committee
  • Manage executive calendars, correspondence, travel arrangements, and confidential documentation
  • Greet guests and manage arrival/departure protocols with warmth and precision
  • Coordinate executive briefings, presentations, and departmental communications
  • Handle guest correspondence, special requests, and follow-up communications
  • Support event planning for executive functions, dinners, and owner meetings
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure data privacy compliance
  • Liaise between executives, guests, and departments for seamless communication

Requirements:

  • 3+ years executive administrative experience in luxury hospitality
  • Proven success supporting executives in fast-paced environments
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and discretion
  • Excellent communication skills (English and German fluency required additional languages advantageous)
  • Familiarity with luxury service standards
  • Swiss passport, EU passport, or current Swiss work permit required (Swiss regulations make this mandatory for employment)
