We are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant Advanced to support a fast‑paced Investment Banking environment in New York City. This Executive Administrative Assistant Advanced role is a high‑priority temporary need requiring strong judgment, urgency, and polished administrative execution. The Executive Administrative Assistant Advanced will provide day‑to‑day support to senior leaders in a 5‑day in‑office setting. Position Details: Type: 3-month contract; Work Location: New York City (onsite required); Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM; Overtime: Occasional overtime as business needs require. This role offers immediate exposure to senior‑level Investment Banking operations and is ideal for an experienced administrative professional who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑expectation environments.

Job Responsibility

  • Heavy and complex calendar management for senior leaders
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Process travel and expense reimbursements using Concur
  • Manage scheduling, meeting logistics, and administrative workflow
  • Act with urgency and professionalism in a high-pressure Investment Banking environment

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of prior Investment Banking administrative experience (required)
  • Advanced Microsoft Outlook skills
  • Proficiency with Concur for travel and expense management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple demands with speed and accuracy
  • Prior experience supporting the same Investment Banking environment is strongly preferred
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
