Job Responsibility
Provide comprehensive calendaring and scheduling support for executives and team members
Coordinate and manage key team initiatives, ensuring timely execution and follow-up on action items
Support team engagements, including planning and executing all-hands meetings and other events
Maintain and update organizational charts and other critical team documentation
Manage general office operations, including ordering supplies and maintaining efficient record management systems
Prepare and analyze various documents, reports, and communications, determining their significance and facilitating appropriate distribution
Facilitate travel arrangements and coordinate meeting logistics for team members and leadership
Contribute to ad hoc projects, providing administrative and organizational support as needed
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
8-10 years of executive administrative support experience
Proven experience working directly with executives
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality
Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in event planning and coordination
Experience with standard office software, including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation applications
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong leadership and mentoring skills to provide support and constructive feedback

Previous experience in a business operations role within a large technology organization
