Job Responsibility:

  • Perform general office duties, including ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Prepare and format various documents such as invoices, reports, memos, letters, and financial statements
  • Efficiently file and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports
  • Analyze incoming communications to determine significance and manage their distribution effectively
  • Prepare agendas and coordinate all arrangements for committee, board, and other important meetings

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 5-7 years of administrative experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Unwavering ability to keep information organized and confidential
  • Basic mentoring skills to provide support and constructive performance feedback
