Job Responsibility

  • Provide administrative support for day-to-day office operations and internal coordination
  • Assist with quotation processing, invoice handling, and coordination with vendors and service providers
  • Support the planning and execution of office events and staff functions
  • Maintain accurate administrative records and support internal communication
  • Support facility management, utility payments, and compliance with internal policies and procedures
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects as assigned

Requirements

  • G.C.E. A/L or higher qualification in Administration, Management, or a related field
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in administration or facilities coordination
  • Good communication skills in English and Sinhala
  • Tamil will be an added advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good digital literacy
  • basic AI tool usage will be an added advantage
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Preference will be given to candidates residing in Colombo or nearby areas
