managing day-to-day operations ensuring quality, standards and customer expectations
attending meetings and communicating with executive and peers to improve quality of service
ensuring VIP amenity requests from GM/DOPS are handled in timely manner
signing for managers and release with specific permission
communicating the importance of safety procedures
analyzing information and evaluating results to solve problems
attending meetings to plan, organize, prioritize, coordinate and manage activities
working with others to gather information to manage projects, achieve goals, and resolve problems
informing and updating executives and peers on relevant information
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
2 years experience in the administrative assistance, clerical services, or related professional area
OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
