Job Description:

The role requires supporting Sales & Marketing by performing duties like resolving guest requests, using sales techniques to maximize revenue, promoting brand awareness, processing reservations, and assisting employees. It emphasizes maintaining professional standards, working collaboratively, and representing Marriott’s values.

Job Responsibility:

Contact appropriate individual or department to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems
Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty
Determine and give complimentaries to guests as gifts
Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally
Process requests for redeeming Marriott Rewards points
Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations
Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns
Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing
Assist management in training and motivating employees
Follow all company policies and procedures
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Anticipate and address guests’ service needs
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
Monitor the performance of others to ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required.
