Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline
  • Technical capability to deliver HR operation, leading change initiatives, uplifting systems and harmonising people practices
  • Strong IR/ER capability including confident application of Awards/ EA to resolve complex people matters
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, reporting tools and workforce metrics
  • Unrestricted Right to Work in Australia
  • Drivers Licence
  • NDIS Worker Screening or willingness to obtain

Nice to have

Demonstrated Aged Care and Disability Sector Knowledge with a strong understanding of compliance obligations
