We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles and handle core HR operations. The role involves supporting the employee lifecycle while ensuring smooth HR processes and positive employee experience.
Job Responsibility:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions
Coordinate employee induction, onboarding, and exit formalities
Handle HR operations, documentation, and employee records
Support employee engagement initiatives and HR activities
Address employee grievances and ensure timely resolution
Assist with policy implementation and day-to-day HR support
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
1–3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of HR policies and labor practices
