We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles and handle core HR operations. The role involves supporting the employee lifecycle while ensuring smooth HR processes and positive employee experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions
  • Coordinate employee induction, onboarding, and exit formalities
  • Handle HR operations, documentation, and employee records
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and HR activities
  • Address employee grievances and ensure timely resolution
  • Assist with policy implementation and day-to-day HR support

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Basic knowledge of HR policies and labor practices
