Job Responsibility:

  • Fixture Installation, Part programming, tool setting and proving out of component at customer location

Requirements:

  • DME with 7 to 10 years of experience or BE in Mechanical / Industrial Production with 5 to 8 years of hands on experience in Application Engineering & prove out of Auto / general engineering components on VMC / HMC / HBM / Column moving gantry machines
  • Good Process knowledge of Machining of 2 Wheeler, 4 Wheeler Engine, transmission and braking components, General engineering components, Construction equipment vehicle parts
  • NC Part programming on Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Heidenhain & Mazatrol controllers
  • Exposure to Macro programming
  • Exposure to Auto work measurement (Renishaw / Marposs / Blum)
  • Exposure to latest in cutting tools
  • Ability to understand component drawings in detail
  • Ability to understand the quality requirements, CMM and inspection procedure
