Job Description:

Resolve customer service issues, process returns and exchanges, maintain inventory accuracy, and assist team members within a fast-paced retail environment.

Job Responsibility:

Resolve customer issues diplomatically
Process transactions according to return and exchange policies
Handle cash in compliance with company policy
Maintain stock accuracy and inventory integrity
Stay updated on product knowledge and store policies
Assist team members with additional duties

Requirements:

You seek challenges and solve them
At least 6 months of customer service work experience in retail
Attention for details and multitasking abilities
Compassionate and understanding customer service skills
Able to strike up conversations easily
Comfortable with computers and technology
Physically capable of working in a fast-paced environment lifting items up to 50 lbs

Nice to have:

Returns or Cashier experience
