Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Welcome customers and support them through returns and exchanges with fairness and understanding
Process transactions accurately and follow all policies and procedures
Help maintain accurate inventory by following returns routines
Stay informed about products, promotions, and updates to better assist customers
Collaborate with your team to create a positive and respectful work environment

Requirements:

You enjoy helping people and solving problems with empathy and care
You bring at least 6 months of customer service experience—retail, returns, or cashier experience is a bonus
You’re detail-oriented, organized, and stay calm in busy environments
You’re a great communicator who values teamwork and inclusion
You’re comfortable using technology and learning new systems
You’re able to lift up to 50 lbs and enjoy staying active on the job
