Job Responsibility

  • ensure smooth running of in person and online exams
  • manage collection and distribution of students' exam certificates
  • independently log and use ARBOR (MIS) to arrange room bookings and ensure staff are aware/double check for re-roomings for exams
  • creating exams schedules for internal and external exams
  • improving smooth running of exams, leading co-ordinated support

Requirements

  • school/office experience
  • understand statutory requirements for exams
  • experience of use of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook and other IT software
  • experience of undertaking a range of administrative tasks
