Job Description

A detail-oriented Exam Officer to manage the Professional Exam operations and support professional development activities.

Job Responsibility

  • Administer the professional exam, liaising with software providers, candidates, and examiners
  • Manage post-exam administration, monitor candidate irregularities, and update the CRM database with results
  • Arrange exam certificates and handle appeals
  • Assist in organising professional development events
  • Prepare reports on exam processes and results
  • Continuously improve internal processes and services

Requirements

  • GCSEs including English and Maths
  • Relevant business or IT qualification preferred
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/LMS systems
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
