This is a pivotal operational role supporting the delivery of high-volume professional assessments sat by thousands of learners each year. Job Responsibility

  • Supporting 40+ exam centres with secure file platforms, imagery accuracy and dataset configuration
  • Managing multi-channel first-line support for exam centres and remote candidates on exam days (phone, Teams, email)
  • Maintaining and prioritising high-volume inboxes, ensuring consistent, timely communication
  • Helping identify and report potential assessment regulation breaches, gathering evidence and preparing documentation for review panels
  • Coordinating secure document handling for examiners and markers, including meeting logistics and formatting of reports
  • Supporting the administration of seminars, courses, and exam counselling sessions

  • Develop good knowledge of assumptions required for actuarial calculations and modeling and assist in applying them.
