Job Responsibility:
Supporting 40+ exam centres with secure file platforms, imagery accuracy and dataset configuration
Managing multi-channel first-line support for exam centres and remote candidates on exam days (phone, Teams, email)
Maintaining and prioritising high-volume inboxes, ensuring consistent, timely communication
Helping identify and report potential assessment regulation breaches, gathering evidence and preparing documentation for review panels
Coordinating secure document handling for examiners and markers, including meeting logistics and formatting of reports
Supporting the administration of seminars, courses, and exam counselling sessions
