We are recruiting for Invigilators to invigilate a wide range of examinations within college, according to awarding body regulations and Heart of Yorkshire Education Group procedures. Are you looking to make a difference within education and support our young people and adults onto the next stage in their lives? We are a passionate team that puts the students at the heart of what we do. Although exams for the majority of academic qualifications are paper-based, most vocational qualifications now have computer-based/online exams, therefore, confidence in using IT systems is essential. As an Invigilator, you will be placed in a pool of staff who may be called upon by the Group to work as and when required and must be available to invigilate short as well as longer examinations. Ideally, applicants will usually be available during the peak exam periods, November, January, March, May and June, and throughout the remainder of the year. The role is zero hour ad-hoc and will fluctuate throughout the year, dependant on the volume of enrolments. You will be required to complete training and work alongside an experienced invigilator on at least two days prior to independent sessions. Join us and we promise the support of a great team, as well as the satisfaction of contributing to learner achievements.
