Job Description:

If you have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining a fair examination environment, this opportunity might be for you!

Job Responsibility:

  • Supervise students during examinations to ensure compliance with exam regulations
  • Distribute and collect exam papers and materials in an organised manner
  • Monitor student behaviour to prevent any form of cheating or disruption
  • Ensure that all examination conditions are met and maintained
  • Provide assistance to students as needed while adhering to exam protocols
  • Report any issues or incidents to the supervising authority promptly
  • Prepare the examination room prior to the exam, ensuring a clean and organised environment

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions meticulously
  • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with students and staff
  • A calm and professional demeanour, even in high-pressure situations
  • Previous experience in an educational setting or as an invigilator is an advantage but not essential
  • Availability during exam periods, including weekends and holidays, as needed
  • A flexible approach to work hours, as shifts may vary
