Job Description:

We are looking for reliable and professional Exam Invigilators to support a welcoming and well-regarded secondary school in Salford, Manchester. This role is a wonderful opportunity to make a real difference in students’ education by helping create a calm, focused, and fair exam environment. As an ad hoc invigilator, you can choose shifts that fit around your schedule while playing a vital part in ensuring exams run smoothly and students feel supported throughout.

Job Responsibility:

Supervise students during exams, ensuring exam regulations are followed
Prepare and set up exam rooms, including materials and seating arrangements
Distribute and collect exam papers securely
Monitor students throughout exams to prevent misconduct
Assist with any issues or emergencies during the exam
Maintain a quiet and focused exam environment at all times

Requirements:

Must have a DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to obtain one
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
Professional, punctual, and dependable
Experience working in schools is desirable but not essential

Nice to have:
