El Colegio Británico in Madrid is seeking several reliable, professional Exam Invigilators to support our Summer Exam Series. This temporary role is ideal for individuals who are organised, calm under pressure, and committed to ensuring the fair and smooth running of external examinations.

Job Responsibility:

Supervise exam rooms to ensure all assessments are conducted according to official regulations
Prepare exam spaces, distribute materials, and ensure correct seating arrangements
Monitor students throughout exams, maintaining a quiet, controlled environment
Record attendance, manage exam papers securely, and follow strict procedural guidelines
Respond appropriately to irregularities or issues in line with school procedures
Collect, organise, and return completed exam scripts safely at the end of each session

Requirements:

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Professional, punctual, and dependable, with the ability to follow procedures precisely
Calm, observant, and confident managing groups of students
Good spoken English
Availability throughout the exam period starting in May 2026

Nice to have:

Spanish is an advantage but not essential
