Job Responsibility

Configure and deploy telematics devices across various vehicle makes and models
Set up units within the telematics platform, ensuring accurate data flow and system integration
Review and interpret wiring diagrams for different vehicle types to ensure correct installation
Utilising telematics configuration tools to create or update configuration specific to vehicle make and models as well as troubleshooting technical issues relating to inconsistent or incorrect data received from vehicles or telematics devices
Perform firmware updates and remote configuration using over-the-air technologies
Collaborate with the product team to support technical requirements and resolve integration issues
Conduct quality checks and diagnostics on installed devices to ensure optimal performance
Confirm commissioning and pass installation of telematics devices with technician during installation
