Operational Excellence:Oversee and manage operational processes for syndicated loan trading, encompassing trade capture, confirmations, settlement, payments, and reconciliations.Drive initiatives to ensure the volume, quality, timeliness, and delivery of complex deliverables related to loan documentation processes for the team
Risk Management & Compliance:Accountable for the integrity of processes, operations, and associated results. Proactively identify, mitigate, manage, resolve, and escalate operational risks and issues. Ensure strict compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and internal policies.
