Job Description:

The EVS Area Manager is responsible for developing and executing housekeeping solutions to meet customer needs. Carries out housekeeping duties in overnight-stay locations in accordance with facility standards of cleanliness and appearance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensures compliance with appropriate infection prevention, safety, OSHA, Joint Commission and regulatory standards
  • Determine the needs of the clients' operation and ensures that the appropriate Aramark resources are engaged
  • Mentor employees by creating a shared understanding about what needs to be achieved and how it is to be achieved
  • Reward and recognize employees
  • Ensure safety and sanitation standards in operation are compliant with Aramark and client's regulations

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in the related field
  • Requires High School diploma or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Must be able to work efficiently and independently
  • Requires ability to solve unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business in both the short and long term
  • Must have the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to obtain DOT certification to operate DOT regulated vehicles
  • Ability to respond quickly to changing demands
  • Strong customer service principles and practices are required
  • Must have the ability to influence without having direct authority
  • The ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders, to include various levels

  • Coordinate site requirements and readiness assessments to ensure infrastructure and vehicle compatibility, including RAMs and Health & Safety requirements are met
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including installation guides, risk registers, and live progress reports to all stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Create and manage all support cases for any telematics units that require investigation for maintenance/service calls
  • Capture lessons learned and contribute to the refinement of implementation processes and best practices
