Job Description:

An Fine Dining & Events Waiter is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, help running events, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience in events. They act as the main point of contact between the customer and the establishment, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere and maintaining high service standards during events.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide exceptional service to our guests
  • To successfully participate in the delivery of all food and beverage services
  • Take part in the setup, preparation, breakdown and operation of Fine Dining and Events
  • Team Work & Problem Solving
  • Adhere to all company policies and departmental procedures/trainings
  • Liaise with key people in all necessary areas of the business to ensure the provision of food and service is consistent and in line with menu/standards set by the managers
  • Deal effectively and courteously with guest requests, and to refer them to the line manager, if necessary
