This role focuses on managing and delivering high-quality, compliant, and seamless meetings and events for healthcare providers and employees across various business areas such as marketing, medical, and sales. The position requires a strong ability to oversee end-to-end event planning, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while adhering to compliance and legal standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide strategic project management and consultancy for meeting programs
  • Plan and oversee logistics for meetings and events, ensuring smooth execution
  • Manage contracts, administrative tasks, and financial support related to events
  • Coordinate with vendors and manage on-site execution of events
  • Act as the central point of communication for internal and external stakeholders regarding all meeting-related aspects
