Our client is seeking a highly organized and creative Senior Specialist, B2B Events & Experiential Marketing, to support the planning and execution of high-impact B2B marketing activations. Embedded within the B2B Marketing team, this role plays a critical part in elevating presence among brand marketers, agencies, and advertising decision-makers. You’ll partner closely with Sales + Franchise Events + Sponsorships teams to bring client-facing events, hospitality moments, and bespoke experiences to life—helping strengthen relationships, drive engagement, and translate the brand into memorable, premium experiences that support business growth.
Job Responsibility
Support the planning and execution of custom B2B customer events, including client immersion meetings, customer hospitality programs, and other owned & operated customer events
Partner closely with the Sales team to tailor experiences aligned with business goals, priority accounts, and key advertiser relationships
Help identify event opportunities that support client engagement, pipeline development, and account growth
Coordinate logistics, vendor management, and production to ensure seamless execution across customer experiences
Support event communications, including pre-event planning, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up and reporting
Ensure all events and experiences reflect brand identity and premium standards
Collaborate with design, comms, and sales partners to develop on-brand assets such as invitations, signage, swag, and presentation materials
Bring fresh ideas to the table—helping shape thoughtful, unexpected moments that leave lasting impressions
Assist with event recaps, budget tracking, and performance measurement to help evaluate ROI and improve future programs
Requirements
3+ years of experience in event marketing, experiential, partnerships, or client engagement roles—ideally within media, advertising, or entertainment
Strong project management skills with a sharp eye for detail and a creative, solutions-oriented mindset
Highly organized and resourceful, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally, contributing ideas, and owning execution from planning through post-event wrap-up
Familiarity with the advertising and media landscape, and a passion for creating best-in-class brand and client experiences
Willingness to travel as needed for event execution (approximately 15–20%)
Must have legal authorization to work in the United States
