Job Description

This Events Senior Coordinator role is with a global management consulting firm based in Boston is offering standard hours of 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (or 8:30 AM-5:30 PM) with flexibility for events. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity supporting high-impact client and internal events, marketing campaigns, and digital engagement efforts.

Job Responsibility

  • Support planning and execution of live events, webinars, and marketing campaigns
  • Manage event logistics including venue sourcing, AV, catering, and setup
  • Coordinate registrations, attendee communications, and post-event feedback
  • Partner with internal stakeholders on targeted email campaigns and outreach
  • Maintain brand consistency across CRM campaigns, social media, and communications
  • Track event performance and KPIs using tools like Microsoft Dynamics and Cvent
  • Promote events through social media, PR, and internal channels
  • Assist senior stakeholders with invitations and communications
  • Manage smaller projects end-to-end and contribute to process improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, event management, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in events, marketing, or similar role
  • Strong organization and project management skills with ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and event platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Cvent)
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Creative and flexible with an interest in events and engagement
