Job Responsibility

  • Support the planning and delivery of a wide range of events from concept through to execution
  • Coordinate logistics including venues, suppliers, guest lists, and schedules
  • Assist with client communications, ensuring a seamless and professional experience
  • Manage project timelines and budgets, keeping everything on track
  • Work closely with internal creative and production teams to bring ideas to life
  • Be on-site at events, ensuring smooth delivery and problem-solving in real time
  • Conduct post-event reporting and support continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 1+ years’ experience in events, experiential, or project coordination (agency experience a plus)
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for creative events, culture, and experiences
  • Willingness to be hands-on and adaptable when needed
