Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee and take ownership of the end‑to‑end planning and delivery of events, ensuring exceptional quality, consistency, and alignment with client expectations
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex or high‑profile client needs, resolving issues promptly and professionally while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
  • Manage all meeting and event requests, confirming details, allocating suitable spaces, coordinating logistics, and preparing detailed set‑up information for operational teams
  • Coordinate all client and host requirements, managing updates, changes, or cancellations across relevant teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Monitor service quality and team performance, identifying opportunities to enhance processes and escalating concerns when necessary
