We believe that flawless execution is what elevates a good event into an exceptional experience, and we are looking for an Events Operations Manager - Sponsorship & Registration to be the operational backbone of our flagship events. In this role, you will own the systems, processes, and end-to-end fulfillment of sponsorship deliverables and attendee registration, ensuring a seamless and scalable experience. Working closely with Revenue, Partnerships, Marketing, and Production teams, you will lead the execution of revenue-aligned operations that bring our industry-leading events to the next level.

Job Responsibility:

  • Sponsorship Operations & Fulfillment: Own the operational planning and execution of all sponsor deliverables
  • Translate sponsorship agreements into clear execution plans and timelines
  • Manage booth logistics, sponsor activations, assets collection, and on-site requirements
  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for sponsors
  • Ensure all sponsor benefits are fulfilled accurately and on schedule
  • Build scalable processes and documentation to support year-over-year growth
  • Registration Systems & Attendee Operations: Own and manage event registration platforms (example: Cvent, Bizzabo)
  • Design and maintain registration flows, ticket structures, and system configurations
  • Oversee attendee data management, segmentation, reporting, and data accuracy
  • Collaborate with Marketing to align registration setup with campaign strategies
  • Lead on-site registration operations and check-in workflows
  • Operational Excellence & Reporting: Track and report on sponsorship revenue fulfillment and registration KPIs
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership visibility
  • Identify process gaps and proactively improve workflows
  • Ensure alignment across Marketing, Finance, Revenue, and Production teams

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in event operations, sponsorship fulfillment, or commercial event operations
  • Hands-on experience managing event registration systems
  • Strong operational mindset with exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Partnerships teams
  • Proven ability to manage complex timelines and multiple external stakeholders
  • Comfort working with contracts, deliverables tracking, and structured reporting
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
