Job Description

RX Global is hiring an Event Operations Lead to oversee event organization, sales, marketing, program development, production, and on-site operations. The role ensures events meet financial targets and involves supervising a business support team while handling complex tasks. The position requires analysis and problem-solving within established practices.

Job Responsibility

  • Organize and support event operations including exhibitor/visitor coordination, program delivery, and on-site execution
  • Manage projects from sales handover through planning, delivery, and post-event close-out
  • Provide ongoing customer service and project follow-up via email, phone, and direct messages
  • Coordinate and follow up with suppliers to deliver specific event projects and services
  • Support on-site activities during build-up, show days, and teardown, ensuring client satisfaction
  • Act as a working team lead, contributing hands-on while supporting team outcomes
  • Track and finalize event numbers and costs at the end of each show
  • Analyze operational information to resolve ongoing issues and improve delivery

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in event operations, exhibits/production, or administrative project coordination
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with suppliers and supporting on-site event operations
  • Basic financial and cost-tracking knowledge for post-event reconciliation
  • Ability to work independently within established processes and deadlines
  • Availability to work on site and extended hours during event periods
