Job Description:

A vibrant internship opportunity in the Events & Marketing department at Aloft Perth, part of the global Marriott International brand. Gain real-world experience in hotel marketing, collaborate with a dynamic team, and develop your professional skills in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

Support the coordination of marketing activations and communication channels, using tech and a fresh perspective to showcase how staying at Aloft is different, by design
Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager on social media content, internal campaigns, events, and promotional materials
Assist in building relationships with media, influencers, and guests to amplify brand visibility
Help prepare marketing performance reports and use analysis tools to track results and insights
Liaise with fun, savvy teams across departments to deliver bold, standout guest experiences
Handle general marketing admin tasks and provide support to the team as needed
Assist in creating and managing purchase requests for the Marketing & Sales department

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Australian working rights (student visa accepted)
Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Proactive and confident with great communication skills
Passion for social media, branding, and vibrant design
