Job Description

This is an exciting, high impact role supporting world class sporting events across multiple international markets.

Job Responsibility

  • Supporting the execution of global sporting events
  • Managing end-to-end event logistics (travel, hotels, ticketing, production, accreditation)
  • Leading small to mid scale events
  • Managing merchandise projects and supplier relationships
  • Overseeing budgets and negotiating vendors
  • Supporting C-suite stakeholders and international teams

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in events
  • Strong project management across complex, multi-market events
  • Confident managing senior executives
  • Commercially minded with budget and vendor management experience
  • Calm under pressure and able to travel globally
  • Excellent attention to detail

Nice to have

French speaking skills would be a bonus, but not essential for the role
