Job Responsibility

  • Plan, coordinate and execute a wide range of events, from corporate meetings to large social functions
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless event experience from planning to execution
  • Collaborate with Banquet Operations, Culinary and other hotel teams to deliver exceptional events
  • Manage event logistics including room setups, audiovisual requirements, catering and service flow
  • Lead and support the event planning team to maintain high service standards and operational excellence
  • Monitor event timelines, budgets and operational details to ensure successful delivery
  • Build strong relationships with clients and partners to drive repeat business and event revenue
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and reporting to continuously improve event experiences
