Our client, a highly respected professional membership organisation, is seeking an experienced Events Manager to join its established team on a 3-month temporary basis. Job Responsibility
Take responsibility for the planning and delivery of a varied programme of in-person and virtual events, including regional forums, networking events, dinners, technical briefings, and member engagement activities
Quickly get up to speed, confidently manage multiple priorities, and work effectively with internal stakeholders, committees, sponsors, and suppliers to ensure events are delivered to the highest standards
Play a key role in delivering a number of high-profile events taking place throughout the summer and autumn, while also supporting planning activity for future events
Requirements
Proven experience in a senior events management role delivering a varied programme of events within a membership organisation, professional body, association, or similar environment
Strong experience managing both face-to-face and virtual events
Demonstrable budget management and financial reporting experience
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
Experience using CRM systems, event management platforms, and reporting tools
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
