Job Description

India is one of our fastest-growing markets, and we're looking for a highly motivated, self-starter Events Marketer to lead the planning and execution of impactful events across India and the wider APAC region. Your work will play a key role in deepening ElevenLabs' presence, driving brand awareness, and generating high-quality pipeline in partnership with our India marketing lead and our GTM teams. In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of in-person owned events, third-party tech conferences, executive dinners, workshops, webinars, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships. You'll adapt and localize successful playbooks from our US and EU programs for the market, while also identifying new, high-impact opportunities unique to the region. You will collaborate closely with sales to target the right audiences, build invite strategies, and ensure strong event follow-through. You'll partner with marketing and develop event toolkits, content, and drive post-event analysis to measure success and optimize future activations. We're looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, and brings creativity, operational excellence, and problem-solving to everything they touch.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and execute event plans that align with business objectives and drive attendance and engagement
  • Organise third-party conferences, owned branded events, and strategic breakfasts/dinners/lunches with key customers or potential clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events, including venue selection, vendor management, and logistics, managing the full end to end planning process
  • Create compelling event messaging and content that resonates with target audiences and drives interest and attendance
  • Manage event budgets and timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget
  • Analyze event performance metrics and provide recommendations for future improvements and optimizations
  • Follow up with participants in events in collaboration with the sales & growth teams
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors, partners, and vendors
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into event marketing strategies to stay ahead of the competition

Requirements

  • 5+ years events experience with three of these years specifically in event or marketing events planning in a fast paced tech organisation
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product development and comms to execute flawless events
  • Budget and time management skills, within tight deadlines
  • Experience working with event agencies, production partners and come with a black book of great agency partners in region
  • Agile with meticulous attention to detail
  • Confident and able to express ideas and point of view thoughtfully and with passion
  • Transparent and unafraid to challenge, ask questions or call out obstacles
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to roll up your sleeves to get things done
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
  • English fluency is essential, and any additional languages would be a bonus
