As we continue to grow, we have an opportunity for a Hospitality and Events Floor Manager to join the team. An exciting prospect for someone who is passionate about hospitality and delivering the best event experiences in the industry.

Job Responsibility

  • Executing exemplary guest experiences on event day with ownership over the delivery of food and beverage service on the floor
  • Leadership and supervision of the wait staff team, ensuring the team deliver exceptional experiences at every stage of the guests journey
  • Passion for product. Support the kitchen and front of house teams to deliver consistency around all aspects of food and beverage
  • Promoting a healthy working environment for the team – enjoyable, educational, results focused and respectful
  • Strong attention to detail and maintenance of venue presentation - every little detail matters

Requirements
