This exciting role will have you working group wide! No two days will ever be the same working in some of Australia’s most prestigious venues and complexes. As we continue to grow, we have an opportunity for a Hospitality and Events Floor Manager to join the team. An exciting prospect for someone who is passionate about hospitality and delivering the best event experiences in the industry.

Job Responsibility:

  • Executing exemplary guest experiences on event day with ownership over the delivery of food and beverage service on the floor
  • Leadership and supervision of the wait staff team, ensuring the team deliver exceptional experiences at every stage of the guests journey
  • Passion for product. Support the kitchen and front of house teams to deliver consistency around all aspects of food and beverage
  • Promoting a healthy working environment for the team – enjoyable, educational, results focused and respectful
  • Strong attention to detail and maintenance of venue presentation - every little detail matters

Requirements:

  • A passionate go-getter attitude with a great eye for detail

  • To display a hands on collaborative working style showcasing positivity and leadership
  • To be organised, accountable, self-motivated and action orientated
  • 2 years as a food and beverage specialist in a team leader or supervisor role. Restaurant and bar experience welcome.
