Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Events & Exhibitions Intern to join our Branding, Marketing & Communications team in Milano. The intern will support the planning, coordination, and execution of events and exhibitions both at ArtemestGalleria NYC and at external venues in Italy and in key markets. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the world of luxury design events.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in the logistical and operational planning of all events and exhibitions at Artemest Galleria and other locations
  • Support event production coordination with partners, suppliers, clients, internal teams (Marketplace, Content, CRM & Trade Marketing, Logistics...), and external collaborator
  • Provide on-site support during events (guest reception, activity supervision, time management), when required
  • Contribute to the preparation and management of promotional and communication materials, including invitations, brochures, and other visual assets
  • Assist with post-event reporting and collection of photos and video content
  • Conduct ongoing research for suppliers and venues
  • Provide support on additional internal projects

Requirements:

  • Italian native and fluent in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Aesthetical sensibility and interest in events, design, and the luxury industry
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proactive attitude, flexibility and a strong sense of initiative
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe Suite, including InDesign and Illustrator) is a plus
