We’re looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic Events Executive to join the Green & Fortune team, supporting corporate and private dining events across Sea Containers and Rose Court on London’s Southbank. This role is ideal for someone looking to build their career in event sales and planning within a premium hospitality environment. You’ll manage smaller to medium-sized events while supporting the wider team with administration, coordination, and sales activity — ensuring every event is well planned, commercially sound, and delivered to a high standard. Working closely with the Head of Events, Head of Sales, and operational teams, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Job Responsibility:
Manage inbound enquiries for private dining rooms and small to medium-sized dinners and receptions
Create tailored proposals aligned to client requirements and venue offerings
Upsell menus, wines, and event packages to maximise event value and client experience
Act as a key point of contact for clients, managing enquiries through to structured operational handover
Prepare clear and accurate function sheets and event documentation to support seamless delivery
Conduct venue site visits with clients and agencies where required
Coordinate event requirements with hospitality operations, chefs, and site teams
Attend and contribute to operational, sales, and function sheet meetings
Accurately record enquiries, leads, and event activity within the CRM system
Raise and manage contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and final invoices within agreed timeframes
Monitor payments for your events in line with internal processes and support revenue tracking
Handle client and company data in accordance with data protection legislation and internal policies
Requirements:
Experience in hospitality, events, or sales coordination, ideally within a corporate or premium venue environment
Organised and detail-focused, confident managing multiple enquiries and deadlines
A clear and professional communicator, comfortable liaising with clients and internal teams
Commercially aware, with a proactive approach to upselling and supporting revenue performance
